please help with website design!
 

I am to add a new feature to my website, but I am not sure which programming language to use or how to go about it. A description of what is needed is below:

1) Once given a valid username and password by admin, each user can set up their own blog.

2) This blog can only be edited by admin.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

*note* I am not a student trying to get help with coursework it is actually for my website!

I would suggest PHP but I don't know if your server provider has it. If so then check the PHP forum and go to the Begining with PHP Sticky Thread.
