Kaspersky internet security Problem
 

hi,, i have kis-2010,, just now some problem in my pc ram so in-stole new one but now my kis-2010 not open so i uninstall it and again install so same problem happen.. kis show in my c:/ also in program files but when i open it just nothing happen or nothing message shown just not open.. so what shall i do.. did i use kis remove tool or else way...
pls mail me or snuggest or provide software..
