KGB employer monitor delivery failure

I am a total noob in this forum. Sorry in advance for my stupid question...

I am trying to set up a keylogger on a computer KGB employee Monitor v 4.2.1.804 (cracked version of course), however the delivery system does not work.

Is it due to the fact that is a cracked version?
