How to edit the licence file

i have to know how to edit the license file it extension like .lic i have the license key i am trying to edit it in note pad. but it in encrypted. please any one help me in this issue.

If you have the key then just run the program that belongs to that license file and register it. The file is encrypted for a reason, to make it more difficult for hackers like you to steal their programs.
