Learning Access

As one can tell I am new to Access VBA

Has anyone figured out how to open visual basic in Access 2007 and create a for nex loop, lets
say 10 to 100. Then, jump out of vba and create a form with 2 columns, one column should display rows of 10 to 100 as created by the for next loop on the vb side. Then, in the second column subtract 10 from each row in column 1.

Please show each step to create the above.

Example

10 0
20 10
30 20
40 30
50 40
60 50
70 60
80 70
90 80
100 90

Thanks for any help.
