Paypal Hikes Fees and no email to customers

Yesterday I got one Paypal Personal Payment which never had any fees but I was charged fees same as my business account and so was surprised as to why I was charged and looked at the status of the account and found that now Personal accounts are also charged a 2.9% fee + 30 cents to receive payments that was previously free. No formal announcement about the change was made and here is what Manager speaks on this

Check also Is Paypal Safe ?. Looks like we are coming to end of Paypal Era but till we get better alternative we have to live with it.

Except, that it will be easier in comparison to throw away Paypal then google ;)
