I need help with ubuntu
 

Hey guys

I have recently installed ubuntu in one of my machines and Now I am confused with what is the command line

In the apllication menu I see something like root terminal and terminal and both of them allow me to enter commands in them

what I am looking for is how to send messeges within a network using the command line

I have seen how "net send" in windows work I am wondering if there is a similar command in linux

I am not an ubuntu expert but you can try UNIX For DOS Users and see if the net send equivalent of linux works in ubuntu
