Restraining order violation if using an alias on the web?

I'm trying to help a friend, who is divorced, and has a restraining order against the ex's current spouse. Is it legal for this current spouse of the ex, to make up a bogus account (on facebook) and contact my friend? She would pursue this in a legal manner if she knows whether or not this is considered violating the restraining order. Is there anyone who might be able to give some advice or let me know if she is wasting her time?

quite complicated. Nyways,
creating any account on the facebook is leagal, because its designed in such a way that people create an account on the name of whoever they aspire to be.

BUT

if there are some ILLIGAL acitivies done with the account which may lead to charges, then police may try to find out the person using this account.

So as far as ur thinking about just talking, then its alright
