Remove meta name="robots" content="index, follow" Tag

Heard in many forums about removing the index, follow meta and I see go4expert.com also does not have it and so would like to know if it should be there or not.

By default its always index and follow and so its of no use having them and so it hardly matters.

Agree with Shabbir. It is the default nature of the spiders, takes up unnecessary content space. Drop it.

yep, there is no matter to use this. However, you need to use index and nofollow when you don't want to index particular pages.
