Online Exam System
 

I have been given "Online Examination System" as my project for this semester and I have no idea how to start with, what to do....
What will be preferred programming language for this?
What resources are available on internet for that?
Where can I find codes similar to my project?


Project should satisfy following requirements:
-->Online Login at schedule time only.
-->Time Synchronization in between Server and Client during exam.
-->Immediate evaluation and result display after exam.

If someone having any information regarding this, please help me.
