operating an 3v electric motor by passing signal through a computer
 

i want to do a project in that i want to operate an 3v electric motor by passing signal through a computer. I dont have any idea how to do that. can some one tel me in which language i can code this and what will be the electronic device which can be used to synchronize the computer and the electric motor.
