Need a Header for my personal site
 

Hi

First of all I am sorry if this is the wrong section to post this. In that case, mods please move it to the correct board.


Can someone please make me a header for my personal site?

Need to include this pic in the header with some nice background and the title "Shouvik.net" along with a tagline "It's off a pixel"

The header needs to be 750px width with no more then 150px height.

Please do not attach anything to post if you have an alternative and here you can have the image in image hosts like you have already done it.
