Can any kind soul help to do this survey on reusing codes?

We are a group of students doing a research to find out the problems faced by software developers when:

1) searching for codes online and offline
2) maintaining re-usable codes
3) sharing of re-usable codes

Hope you guys can spare a couple of minutes to do this survey. I know you guys can give me real good and constructive comments.

Or you can post your comments in this thread regarding the 3 issues listed above...
