cant open personalize or network and sharing center
 

i have come to find my first problem with vista. for some reason or another i cannot seem to open ether the network and sharing center, nor the personalize feathers. they will open for a brief second then quickly closes. i guess i could preform a system restore but i would rather not. i will reserve that for plan 'B.'

Try using any updates or SP for vista.
