Crystal Reports XI. Sum field value = "1.#J"
Hi all:
We're meeting a problem while developing a CR XI report. The structure of the report is as following: Group 1 Header ---> Description of the group - Subtotal of a Formula (sum option) Group 2 Header ---> Description of the group - Subtotal of a Formula (sum option)All subtotals are identical but while in group #1 and group #3 they seem to work properly, in the group #2 we get the value "1.#J"Group 3 Header ---> Description of the group - Subtotal of a Formula (sum option)Details --> Hidden As and example of what's going on: Group 1 Header ---> "Group 1" - 2000 Group 2 Header ---> "Group 2" - "1.#J"Group 3 Header ---> "Group 3 1" - 1000 Can anyone give as a clue to solve this problem. Thanks in advance. |
Re: Crystal Reports XI. Sum field value = "1.#J"
Adiccionaly, when the report is exported to an Excel Application the value in that cell is "0.00", but not the sum. (2000 in the example).
If the Export action is to pdf, we get the wrong string "1.#J". |

Did you or anyone out there figure this out?

Instead of using automatic totalling, use the running total feature to get around this problem.
