How to Put WAMP Server online !!

Hi all ! I have developed a website based on PHP-mysql. and I used WAMP server. It has one option "Put Online". But whenever I select this option, I can not access my website online using my external ip. What should I do to put my website online. I am using AIRTEL DSL connection. Kindly guide me.
