try this .. this is called as ccleaner .. <<TinyURL Link Dropped>> .. advantages
1.del temp files including IE ... 2 invalid Registry entries as well you can uninstall programs using this which you cant uninstall using appwiz.cpl(add or remove programs )

Please try to avoid tinyurl 's as its in the list of spam sites and so your post will not show up until moderator / Admin approves it.

registry mechanic, Tuneup 1 click maintainance . These both will do good. Tuneup is always safe.
