Attaching a harmless batch shutdown file to another file

I was wondering if I could attach a batch file that shuts down a computer when run. So when someone opens the file that the batch file is attached to, the batch opens to.
Thanks ahead of time :)

Refer to my answer http://www.go4expert.com/showthread....0519#post30519

I guess you have the same question framed differently.

No, that question is "Can a batch file be exicuted on download". Here I am asking how can I merge 2 files into one. Like say I have a jpg and a batch file. How would I merge them, so when the jpg is opened, the batch exicutes. I know its possible, I just don't know how to do it.
