Retrieving data from database.
 

Hello,

I have a form with 4 text fields

1. Employee Number
2. Employee Name
3. Salary
4. Address and
5. Retrieve button

And I have a table named "employee" in database, I want the above text fields to be filled up with the employee information when I enter the employee number and submit the form.

Plz help me in doing this.
