    Hi folks,
YAGG! If you're thinking what the hell YAGG stands for... i coined it for YET ANOTHER GOOGLE GOODIE.. The latest kid on the block is Google Analytics , the free web traffic analysis service to give the site admins massively informative data about every activity on the pages on which it is activated. All you need to do is to have a Google Account (Don't tell me that you don't have one!) then sign in to Google Analytics and copy the JS code they provide to paste it in the <head> section of your page. Bingo! you are all set to receive more than 80 detailed reports for the traffic your site generates!

PS - If anyone manages to enable it on a blogspot account (hosted on blogger), do let me know, coz Analytics says it can't find the code in my page, though it is there.

hurray... the problem seems to be fixed (it was actually a google-side bug which their engineers seem to be working upon - according to the mail they sent me) . Analytics is successfully installed and reports will be generated within a few hours... The two most useful features according to me (apart from the detailed reports of course) are 1) that you can assign multiple sites to be tracked by a single account , and 2) You can authorize other users to view the traffic reports generated for your sites! Quite helpful in a multi-admin environ.

    Cheers
