I am running a program called Traffic Travis and based on its analysis of my web site (under construction) it repetedly tells me that I should -- "Should use the SEO phrase in the page title and H1 tags". I can't figure it out. What is an SEO PHRASE? and Where do I put it? I have a <head>...</head> title.
Also - can you view head tags/meta tags on others websites?

I would say that Seo Phrase really means keywords in this context. But I'd not heard of it before and did a quick Google search for "what is an SEO Phrase", and at number one was exactly the same question, word for word, posted two years ago in Yahoo Answers:

Seems you have very little knowledge on SEO and designing language. It will be helpful for you if you seek advice from some expert. SEO pharses are really important to make your website search engine friendly.
