The number of visitors is great, but no results. What is the problem?

Please, help us to understand and reveal the problem of StarKaz.com website work or it’s promotion. A lot of work is done and we continue to make efforts. The percentage of registered users and placed ads is very small. The whole group of specialists tried to make the website as convenient and useful to users as it can ever be. May be somebody will give some advice?

Please do not post your link in the every thread you create and all your posts are edited to remove the link. Please make sure you don't self promote your site. Your site is nothing which will attract people. All empty category of directories and there are millions of them and so you should have something unique to convert traffic into visitors.
