Does anybody knows Which version of DOS exist in windows 7?

DOS was out of Windows since Windows XP and it is just an application to execute DOS commands.

Not sure I remember but See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MS-DOS which says MS-DOS 8

Yes it says 8.0 which was ended at 2000. So I think latest windows has atleast dos 8 execution support.

Also see the content in bracket which says actual DOS is 5.0
