Well, to analysis website in seo purpose , there are many tools.
Manually is better option but due to no. of pages, its not possible. Woorank is also good. You can analysis the website in just one click. -- Meta tags -- seo ranks -- traffic -- alexa rank and many other things are here. just try . |

If you already have a hosting account with Godaddy, their site analytics package is cheap and full of features that are very useful.
