The process to Get Your Photo in Google Search Result For Articles Submitted at Go4Expert is pretty simple.

The Author Image you see in the Google search result is fetched from your Google+ profile. You can get your profile image for articles submitted to Go4Expert by following a simple 2 step process.

    1. Add Your Google+ profile to Go4Expert

Edit your Go4Expert Profile (Login required) and Add your Google Profile Id.

    2. Add Your Go4Expert Profile to Google+

Grab your Go4Expert's public profile URL (Mine is http://www.go4expert.com/member.php?u=1) and add your Go4Expert Profile URL as contributor in Google+ profile.

Doing the above process would not instantly display your photo in search results and it can take 7-10 days for the image to appear. You will not be notified by Google or Go4Expert and so you'll have to check search results often to see your image in search result.

To get this done on your site, you need to add one extra step and that is on the article page you have to link to user profile with rel="author".

So if you look at any articles in go4expert you would see something like this.

    HTML:
    By <a rel="author" href="member.php?u=USERID">USERNAME</a>
    .
