Hey All,
Back at schoo today and realized I don't have a website setup for my Runescape Private Server, I would like to make the site sometime within 2-3 weeks so I can put a webclient online, It needs to have a Forum, Vote system, Highscores, Donate page

And obviously needs to be loginable.

My problem with this is how do I setup a site such as above if allowe ill post some links to a site that has the layout

I will suggest you to use CMSes instead of re-inventing the wheel all over again

Explain? I have created basic websites but everytime I tried with a login it'd screw up and I would quit
