The best thing you should do for Bing SEO is forget it. Their own algo is in flux and so no matter what you do they will come up with changes and all your effort can go down the drain.

There is some difference in results whenever we done for Google SEO
Many times, in my experience I saw and feel that - Google is better than Bing....Why ?

AS we know- BING + Yahoo is combined now ..... ready to beat Google.....Then its obvious ...they will change their algorithm../work hierarchy...
how you can differentiate?

They definitely have joined hands against Google but then they don't have a stable product. It keeps changing overnight and so if you work hard on getting things right you may end up loosing everything overnight.

I think you should target google first. Then you will find it is also get optimized partly for bing and yahoo. As per my opinion all the places are valuable from where you have 1% chance of getting business.

You should also consider the effort needed for that 1% business and if you use that effort else where can you benefit more or not.
