Hi there,
I made my page say as domain.com listing any link to other domain that contains certain link back to domain.com
Do search engines dislike it?
If so, why?

Nope, if both are related. Linking to unrelated sites and exchanging links with them is disliked by the search engines and can harm your domain in the long run. Something like I deal with cameras and link to someone dealing with MP3 is not liked by search engine.

Right, always take note of quality link building services. They are the ones who matter in search engines and has huge influence in your page ranking.
