the site looks very professional and easily navigation is a plus.

i like the thumbshots of the sites. i like sites that have thumbshots so you can kind of tell which sites not to go to.

since most of us here are developers of some sort, this site will really come in handy

The very first thing i checked on your site ForDevr.Com is to try and find a bug and not to be rude but i couldn't seen to find the site very user friendly in terms of Navigation. "Add a link" seems to doesn't work at all ( My browsers broke off 3 times and i gave up)
Would check it again in about few hours of time and let you know. Other then that, the Templete looks quite colorful and glowy which is good.

There is a huge blank area of wasted space to the right of the logo. Should ads go here?

Regarding the logo, many (if not most) people find animations annoying and distracting. It makes me want to hurry up and click on something to get to a page without any animation.

I think the bright green and bright orange clash a bit. I would make one of those colors softer.

Numerous typos in your "Enhance your listing by Referral System" section.
