Hello all,

I am from Chennai. I have been selected in CTS. I was sent the offer letter from CTS, by post 2 weeks back. There were 2 copies and I was asked to sign one of them and send it back to them, which I did early last week. And the letter did not mention the join date as well as where to report or anything .. just my designation, CTC, and the regulations(ethics n all).
I have not yet received any acknowledgement that they have received the letter that I sent back to them. When will I know abt my joining date and place? I am beginning to get really worried!

Just ring the numbers you have on the phone and ask the concerned person.

If its an offer letter then it should be on the Letter Head which should have some contact info and thats not the case then either you wait and watch or it may so happen the letter you returned should have some cotact info and get it verified if its the CTS address and not any PO Box or else you can be in trouble with the signature given to wrong people.

Well, it is on teh CTS's letter head, and the contact info given there is the same as on Cognizant's website. If I call that number also, I do not know who I should ask for to speak to regarding this. Any help on the same please?

Ask for Hr or anybody who picks up the phone can help you rather than a person in a public forum.

I gonethrough the walkin interview of CTS. I understand from HR that I will be communicated an offer soon. Anyone having knowledge on how long it will take in CTS to communicate an offer after ther interview.

Normally it does not take very long but if you are waiting for a call your days will become harder and you should try the other options as and when they come your way.
