The main site for learning php is php.net
Here are some alternatives that also have some pretty good tutorials for begginers.
w3schools .com/php/

There are some others but I'm pretty sure you can do with those. I would recommend w3schools for beginners since they even test you on what you've learned to let you know how you're doing with your learning
