Hello, I am a bit new to C++ with only a few months experience. I am trying to help my friend to open passworded zip files but I am not sure how to go about doing this. I was wondering if someone could help me to get around this or to suggest an approach. The files are "pak" files, like quake, but with a change of file header. He would like to password them to protect them. Because there are 6 files it would make this post quite long. Would it be easier to upload/attach the files for your viewing or to put the code here in
    Code:
tags. I don't want to break any rules!

I hope someone can help me with this as he needs it by sunday! :disappoin Any help would be most appreciated! Thank you so much for your time.

Sorry to double post. I just wanted to say nevermind, I found out that zlib does not support any password function. You can delete/close this topic now if you like.
