Few Days back when I read that Google Chrome un-hackable second year running I was a bit surprised to hear but then I remembered what Google Offered for Bugs.
Get $500 for Reporting Bugs to Google
No matter what, competition always helps in promotion. Do you remember $1 Competition?
I do think if you apply the force of Google to ask people to report bugs ( and get paid for it ) I seriously doubt there will be many bugs left unknown.

Nah. Being honest, this competition was the only reason that made me download chrome lol. Found a couple of "could-be-bugs" but then didnt get much time to test it though.
