Job Description:
Oracle Database Administrator is responsible for maintaining the Oracle Database Servers. Duties include database installations, migrations, trouble shooting, performance tuning, capacity planning, backups, disaster recovery and monitoring of assigned databases. Assists in administration and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities include:
Must have a thorough understanding of Oracle running on Windows(Must Criteria)
Lead efforts to improve use of exiting Oracle technology and establish Oracle database best practices
Lead efforts to evaluate and implement Oracle technologies such as RAC and Data Guard as required for company applications
Perform application performance tuning related to the DBMS system
Provide project leadership, New technology awareness, research and system integration
DBMS and related system software installation, integration and support
Database design and physical implementation
DBMS system monitoring and tuning
Problem determination and resolution
Intense project team participation and
Ensuring architectural standards adherence.
