Yes they are instant approval, which is what the OP asked for. However, those considering submitting to these type of diectories may be interested in these words from Matt Cutts:

"When considering submitting to a directory, I'd ask questions like:
- Does the directory reject urls? If every url passes a review, the directory gets closer to just a list of links or a free-for-all link site.
- What is the quality of urls in the directory? Suppose a site rejects 25% of submissions, but the urls that are accepted/listed are still quite low-quality or spammy. That doesn't speak well to the quality of the directory."

If people still wish to submit to instant approval directories that is entirely up to them.

hi,
do one thing... you start directory submission (quality) per day 100 after 20 days you will have 2000 directory submission sites where you have already submitted right... now forget about this... which you have done work....

start other work which will approve instantly.. like article, press release, book marking & all that stuffs...

after a period of time you get approval of directory in your excel time while you will get good amount of links infect quality links for sites..

<<<<<ONLY SUBMIT QUALITY LINKS>>>>>

will help...

I would partly agree with you. I don't believe there are 2000 quality directories out there, but I do agree that if someone does submit to them they should then forget it and move on. I would add to avoid those that want a reciprocal link.

I would not agree with you on submissions because those type of sites are hardly seen by the webmaster owning them and so if you have a notice in webmaster tools to remove such links then you may not find someone to actually remove your site from the directory.

my meaning for submission is to create a brand first of all from the major activities....
people are not considering that directory are such a rubbish things...
but i am not considering that...

2000k directory submission means which you can search out more than 1 page rank & will get it... that is sure..

suppose i am running a company and looking for a growth, the same thing will happen with the directories.... as simple as..
do work as future prospective....

Thanks

From your comments in this and your previous post it would seem that you are talking of directories in general. We have another thread about directories:
http://www.go4expert.com/showthread.php?t=25058

So that this thread stays on track, would any members wishing to add further postings please keep to the topic of instant approval directories.

Directory Critic is a useful resource for those looking for directories, but I can't see a category there for instant approval. Looking within the categories that are there, DC indicates whether they are have free, reciprocal and paid options, but again I can't see anything about instant approval. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
