what type of proxy?
there is a site if u google create your own proxy and if you have a web server (wamp xamp) for example then you have a choice of making a CGI or a PHP proxy your choice and then you can insert it into your web server and run ur proxy off of that. Or was you talking about another proxy lol? |

There's no problem when your internet got slow thats how a proxy works. A proxy basically gets the information of the website you went to first and then the proxy sends that information to you meaning it takes longer than usual.
