What do I Mean by "Site May Be Compromised"

Recently I have come across a websites related to pet and vetenary where it is mentioned as " Site May Be Compromised". Whenever I visit the website, this is the message which pop up. Can someone can tell me about this issue. Really want to know about it.

Well, I don't think so Shabbir because i have verified it on Google Webmaster tool and I did not come across anything which you have mentioned. There will be something else i guess.
