Yes, sure, Mister Policeman pretending to be a clueless dimwit, of course we'll incriminate ourselves.

Seriously dude, this kind of knowledge spreads through trust networks, not just random people on a web forum. Get down to your local computer club and start contributing positively, once they realise you're worth knowing then maybe you'll start to learn new stuff, some of which could be used for the illegal stuff you want to know about.

Oh and don't expect to be spoon-fed. Real hackers work this stuff out for themselves; if you just leech then you'll be nothing more than a script-kiddie, not a True Hacker.
