i cannot open the personalize option on windows vista, you know you right click the desktop and go into where you change your background, screensaver, or HOW LONG YOU CAN LEAVE YOUR COMPUTER BEFORE STAND BY... i do not have a vista disc or a restore disc. and making a restore disc now would be useless right?

well the brand of laptop is toshiba. and now that you think of it i still have 2 years on the warranty. they should fix a problem like this right?
