    suggest a efficient way to hack wlan WPA/WPA2 password
    including requirements etc..

    it depends, the best hacking/cracking tools for wifi passwords are designed for linux/ubuntu (backtrack 5/weaver).
    A little research will point you to the right tools,remeber google is your friend.
