i want to crack my router model no. Shiro DSL805E ADSL2+ Ethernet Modem.
when goto router example then this page come routerip/cgi-bin/webcm
then i enter username n password to login successfully the URL will same routerip/cgi-bin/webcm.
what can i do to crack router password using hydra.
i test following commands but nothings cracked.
hydra -l admin -P password.txt -f -s 80 -v 192.168.1.1 http-get /cgi-bin/webcm
hydra -l admin -P password.txt -f -s 80 -v 192.168.1.1 http-get /cgi-bin/webcm=?
hydra -l admin -P password.txt -f -s 80 -v 192.168.1.1 http-get /

Some routers only allow 10 or less connections, I think that THC-Hydra by default makes 16 or 32 connections. Set the connections it makes down to about 5 and then check, it will take longer to crack but the router won't disconnect you... What error do you receive when trying to crack that router's password?
