Hello,
First l am sorry for my poor english. l have got a big problem. Our computer's bounded access to internet at our work and we cannot enter social web sites. For examle we can not access to Facebook, Youtube, Orkut and etc.. but it is not problem for me. l found some program for it.(like ULTRA SURF 9.9 ) and l can access to these sites so easly. l have got problem at this. l can not use my web cam and microphone at internet at this bounded internet access and how can l do for it? We are using static dns and id numbers. Please help to me. Thanks for now.

U can use some proxies to connect thro net and u can use the webcam I hope

there are a lot of web proxies available on the net. Use some of that. If u still want the rating such as which is faster and which one has the least server load .try searching it with google.com..
