We are not looking for setting it up on our server but something like mIRC chat where we sponsor or buy some chat rooms because chat on our server is handled through the forum itself.

I rejected anything else because we can chat here in forums only and if we really want to have some chat then it should be IRC chat that would definitely help each of us and add value to us.
