I will have to disagree with you on that statement. I have in the past logged user accounts,and that includes vista windows too.
As far a "Cyber Cafes", i have somebody logged using a cyber cafe, and for over 2 years now,i still get logs from "everybody" who uses that particular PC on the cyber cafe.
If i was into doing damage and messing with people,i could have already in my possesion over 2,000 email adresses and accounts from myspace,facebook,hi5,photobucket ect.

yeah! but i need a server which does not detected by anti virus. and is there any one can explain to me how to coding servers (trojans)? and what the names of softwares we have to use? because i think that anti virus is my problem.

2. go to the view option and choose third last option which is source
3. a text file is open then save it as (file name).html
4. now your fake page is made after that find method in your html source
