My favorite UML Tool by far is UModel, by Altova, the makers of XMLSpy !

UML tool is basically used for to make the different diagrams like Use Case,
Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram, Activity diagram,etc... The best option for make the diagram by UML tool is UModel, by Altova. |
