i'm not a computer expert but anyway i think that they're trying to reach you hack your account and after that reach other persons etc etc this would make a big list of hacked accounts that can later be sold...
anyway... remember that the guy who did this knows you, <he knows she's your ex>...

do you know that the facebook owner's page is hacked by some hacker
"Let the hacking begin," an apparent hacker posted as a status from Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook account yesterday. If Facebook founder and CEO isn't safe from hackers, who is?

there is a problem with facebook: they are asking too many info about you. what is the best way to hack someone if not knowledge? when you make public too many info about you , chances to become a target are bigger. Attackers can easy find answers to secret questions.(e.g. yahoo mail secret question: who is your favorite uncle? facebook status: me and uncle John on the boat.) is this small public info a risk? YES.

As Google puts says. If you want to be safe you should not put it online.

The best was to get the account back is to submit some sort of id. Facebook is coming up with some interesting ways to recover your account. You should contact Facebook as they are very serious about hacked accounts.
