i made a file system simulator project which shows the inner workings of a UNIX V7 file system. The simulator reads or creates a file which represents the disk image, and keeps track of allocated and free blocks using a bit map. Also I wrote a number of sample programs which can be used to operate on a simulated file system. The Java programs "ls", "cat", "mkdir", "mkfs", etc., perform file system operations to list directories, display files, create directories, and create (initialize) file systems.now that im done with my project i wonder what are it's economical benefits ??i need this for my project report so please help me out.
