Go4Expert - View Single Post - How to Display balloon in the system tray application

Hi to All,

Any one can you help me, I created the system tray application,that application I want display balloon message in the system tray icon ,but It's not support display balloon message in my O.S(my O.S is XP-Service Pack 2)
