Hi, I need a secure contact form, because I get too much spam. Can you recommend a free script, or at least very cheap, but good?

I guess adding captcha or reCaptcha to existing one would reduce spam to a great extent

Thanks for your suggestion, I emailed 123ContactForm, my current form processor, and asked how to add a captha to my form.
