I think if you're not an official, practicing, attorney, you'd better be careful about giving legal advice. If the OP takes the advice and winds up breaking the law, you could be in deep doo doo.

You can always escape if he is your husband but I never aimed at giving legal advice but wanted to know why it cant be done.
